Our founders have worked together for over a decade, growing their previous investigative consultancy, establishing new practice areas, and crafting a support network of primary sources and specialist professionals around the world.
Tailored to each project, our teams may include former intelligence professionals, investigative journalists, surveillance operatives, forensic accountants, government and public relations specialists.
Kieran’s research and fieldwork has taken him from Malaysian rubber plantations, through Shenzhen factory floors, to Emirati souks and Nigerian construction sites. He is most adept at applying a forensic skillset and a determined pursuit of evidence to turn litigation and arbitration cases in his client’s favour. He is proud to have successfully achieved this for clients in European fraud litigation, international arbitration proceedings and US antiterrorism lawsuits. With a background in consultancy, Kieran has also worked with clients in the technology, extractive and manufacturing industries to improve their strategies, with analysis based on hard to access market data and insights from Elicius’ exclusive network of industry experts.
Chris has extensive experience of leading complex investigations across Europe, Africa and Asia with particular expertise in IP-related matters for consumer goods and pharmaceutical sectors. He has developed new techniques to gather qualitative evidence of unfair competition in the market place on behalf of European brand-holders and acted for these clients in their representations to regulatory and oversight authorities in London and Brussels. In addition to the discovery of crucial evidence in litigation cases against infringing competitors, Chris has regularly provided intelligence and analytical support in highly successful smuggling and counterfeiting investigations by international law enforcement.
